MANAGE YOUR CONTACTS

Organise your business contacts and record relevant information that will help your business create opportunities and leads. Import your contacts to communicate with clients and send marketing campaigns. Duplicate contact information for clients who work in the same business, to reduce time and improve efficiency.

TARGET CUSTOMERS

Target customers you want to do business with and configure them into lists through information gathered in the contacts database. By understanding who you want to target, your business can focus on creating marketing campaigns for those people who will most likely buy your product or service.

ORGANISE MEETINGS

Schedule meetings with clients or colleagues with SuiteCRM Max, and send invites to those people you want to attend. Manage the notes of your meetings to keep track with what is happening in your business. Set an expected duration for those meetings and reminders prior to them taking place.

Flexible CRM without the high price

Good solid CRM that provides flexibility for most businesses. Works for B2B and B2C. A bit overwhelming at first but turning off modules you don't need simplifies it alot. Easy to self-host and Sales Ability's commit to open source is an exceptional value.

a little bit complicated

The last verion has some problems with google calendar sincyng, but has a lot of options, clinets, emails, leads, etc and you can build your own modules

Really powerful. Simple install from softaculous, however you do need to configure your cron jobs wherever you host it to ensure background tasks such as email retrieval, workflows, etc. are run. But extremely configurable, and very powerful.

SuiteCRM

Just an amazing free tool. Extremely robust. Infinitely customizable for your needs. A MUCH more user-friendly version of SugarCRM. If you have a LP website with Softaculous, there is no reason to use any other CRM. Period, end of story.

amazing!

This is simply the best free license CRM out there. Built on Sugar but claimed back for the people. You won't regret starting this journey. I'm so happy I found this.
