EPESI is a web application for managing business information. It makes data organizing and sharing easy, simplifies internal communication and makes workflow more efficient. EPESI has a modular design which makes it flexible and easy to adapt. Its base consists of CRM application with PHP framework, both free and open source, that can be extended with specialized modules. EPESI is very easy to use. It has a nice, clean and intuitive interface. Many functionalities are designed specifically to let the user work more effectively. EPESI also has lots of shortcutting methods allowing you a quick access to your data.

Highly recommended for startups and small business. I setup already several instances for myself and my clients and this allows me to communicate with them without e-mails, just task oriented entries in Epesi plus Watchdog and notifications!

Epesi is great for a startup to organize everything immediately and keep all records in order, in one place.
We are a medium size brokerage that runs 3 branches in 3 jurisdictions. I didn't want to be tied to monthly payments on a CRM and feel that open source keeps everyone honest! (I used to sell software so "upgrades" are a revenue generator) I looked at a number of CRM systems and was prepared to pay but am really pleased I went with Epesi. Easy to use, modify and control it means our offices run almost paperless and we have management information real time. Highly recommend
