Hesk is Free PHP Help Desk Software that runs with a MySQL database. It allows you to setup a web based ticket support system (helpdesk) for your website. I looked at quite a number of different Customer Support scripts and they all had problems - some just plain didn't work, others were a pain to try to setup. Hesk is easy to setup, easy to work with and best of all it works! Try this one before you try any others, you may save yourself a great deal of wasted time :)

I've installed Hesk on my domain based on Siteground's servers in the US. Access from my NZ PC, running Win 10, 64-bit, and Firefox 65.0.2 is 100% reliable. I had Hesk installed and operational within 2-3 minutes. Customisations were complete within 20 mins. First help desk enquiry was recorded within 25. I've never seen/used such a comprehensive, customisable, intuitive, and (so far) reliable piece of software. It ticks all the boxes. Congrats to the developers. Superb.

I have been running Hesk versions for years on my websites on and off. It is amazing how they're continuously adapting and improving this software since they created it. Now running with a handful modifications allow us to have a kwowledge base of music/songs with custom fields on admin size to post translations and link to videos. Check it out!

Great open source software. Easy to get to work. I struggled with a different software for a day trying to get e-mails to turn to tickets before giving up. After that I installed Hesk and everything was working within minutes! Does the job and helps my business stay organized. Great stuff. Recommend.

I have switched to HESK from a previous helpdesk solution that I was unhappy with, and I'm so glad I made the change. HESK is really excellent - easy to install and set up, easy to use, with a great user interface and functionality. The cost is extremely reasonable, both for the self-hosted solution (with the option to use it for free!) and their cloud solution.

After having tried to install other helpdesk systems (and failed), installation of Hesk is just a breeze. The manual is pretty clear and with some basic IT knowledge, anyone can do this. The system has all the features we need. Installing the languagepack for Dutch was also simple. Any translation errors are easy to fix. As soon as I find the time, I will definitely help to improve this translation, even if it is already pretty good. So, kudo's to you guys.
