Tiki is a CMS/Groupware which offers a large number of features "out-of-the-box" arguably more than any other Open Source Web Application. It can be overwhelming, even to an experienced user or administrator. Tiki has all the classic CMS and portal features of other applications, but also includes features not available anywhere else. Tiki is highly configurable and modular; all features are optional and can be administered through Tiki's browser-based interface.

Excellence

I have worked with TikiWiki since version many years and have found it useful for the quick and dirty task as well as the in-depth need. A basic useful site can be set up in minutes. A more complex feature rich site takes only a little more time using the preloaded plugins that are always version consistent without creating a cascade effect at upgrade time. It's also a breeze to add entirely new functionality with the modular architecture if you are so inclined.

Ultimate

a versatile tool to create a website to work ‘in the web’. Comprehensive, Real-time, Easy (but advanced features for expert users, too), Databases (no programming knowledge necessary!), Business-Grade (5-year LTS, no-external plugins to rely on).

The all-in-one approach is nice after spending to much time reviewing CMS plugins. Many of the features are probably better done with other tools but they follow the 80/20 rule. Their move to Boostrap is surely needed as up to Tiki 11 the theme options are limited. With Tiki Suite in the works they are working on an entire small biz toolchain for web/desktop/mobile. Good for for small biz that want tight integration among web tools and a "satsifising" strategy.

You can create whatever page you want in a few minutes. Configuration is very easy, an amateur can create a super site with this plugin, and if you are advanced, then this is also fantastic. The best, because you can create any type of website, and because it is the easier CMS to configure.

I've been working with open source CMS for a while and can say that there is nothing close to Tikiwiki for combining everything under one roof.
