Because I only have one IPV4, I connected to VIR through PVE and I have already set up the network bridge and added the IP address. However, when I created the VPS, the IP address assigned was the one I had set up, 192.168.0.2, but my primary IP address is 111.111.111.111. This port 5000 is mapped to port 22. Customers can set it up themselves

The reflected IP address 192.168.0.2 is exactly your IP address. You can google "my IP address" to check and confirm this information.
